Terms of Use
Last updated: 29 July 2026 · App: Order11 (com.order11.app)
These terms apply when you use the Order11 app or this website. By placing an order you accept them.
What Order11 is — and is not
Order11 is a marketplace. We connect you with independent shops in your town and pass your order to them. The shop is the seller. It owns the goods, sets what it has in stock, fulfils the order and issues the bill. Order11 does not hold inventory and does not sell you anything.
This matters for the practical things: quality, weight, freshness, expiry and the price of an item on the shelf are the shop's responsibility. We will help you resolve a problem with an order — write to us — but the contract of sale is between you and the shop.
Beta
Order11 is in beta and currently operates only in Pipariya, Madhya Pradesh. Features may change or be withdrawn, service may be interrupted, and a delivery area may open or close as we learn what works. We will tell you in the app when an address falls outside the area we serve.
Your account
- You sign in with your phone number and a one-time SMS code. Keeping access to that number secure is your responsibility; anyone who can receive its SMS can reach your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address you enter. An address in the wrong place is the single most common reason an order fails.
Orders, prices and payment
- Prices shown in the app are set by Order11 for the catalogue, and the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. The delivery charge, if any, is shown before you confirm.
- An order is not final until a shop accepts it. A shop has two minutes to accept; if it cannot, we offer the order to another shop, and if no shop can supply it we will tell you and cancel it. Nothing is charged for an order nobody accepted.
- Items can be unavailable after you order. If part of your order cannot be supplied, you are told what is missing and are not charged for it.
- You receive a bill from each shop that served you. Where a shop is registered for GST the bill is a tax invoice issued by that shop.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel an order until a shop starts preparing it. After that, cancellation and any refund is worked out with us case by case — write to us and we will sort it out with the shop. Where money is due back, it is returned by the same route it was paid.
For shopkeepers
If you take orders on Order11, you agree to supply what you accept, at the price shown, in the condition described, and to issue a correct bill. You choose which orders you accept and there is no exclusivity. Repeatedly accepting orders you do not fulfil, or supplying goods that do not match what was ordered, is grounds for removing your shop from the platform.
Acceptable use
Do not use Order11 for anything unlawful, do not place orders you have no intention of receiving, and do not attempt to break into, overload or interfere with the service.
Your data
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account at any time from the app; what deletion does, including which records are kept because a shop must keep its sales books, is set out there and on the Delete your account page.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that a shop will be available when you want one, or that any particular item will be in stock.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Order11 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under Indian law, including against the shop that sold to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use Order11 after a change means you accept the updated terms.
